Happy LOVE weekend! Although I personally live in the spirit of Valentines day, DAILY, I know there are many who celebrate the day of love with traditions. Either way Valentine's day reminds us to give, be and receive love with awareness. So wherever you are and whatever your plans are this weekend take a timeout for some Self-Love, and share these four simple ways to love yourself with someone you love, it makes a great inexpensive gift!

4 Mindful ways to LOVE yourself:
- Listen to what your mind, body and spirit are asking for. Honor the requests without guilt.
- Observe what it feels like to honor those requests. Jot those feelings down on a note pad as a reminder.
- Validate to yourself daily that you deserve to give yourself the best of who you are. Recite a mantra or buy yourself a bouquet of your favorite flowers.
- Embrace your inner child. Go play in the snow or dance in the rain! Eat a red Popsicle just so it stains your lips and wear it with a smile.
