Serenity is the core of who we are, meaning we each create our inner peace, it's knowing all will be well no matter the current circumstance, it's creating self love, self awareness, self confidence and accepting the things that cannot be changed yet change the things that contribute to personal peace. Trust me when I say initially this was a challenge, it took a while to repair my damaged, insecure, fearful spirit.....as I committed to my daily meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises I began to notice a shift in my internal darkness, the daily quieting of my mind, physical movement of my body and relationship with my breath left me peaceful. Initially I was overwhelmed, but soon realized the new me was having an effect on others. I'd gone from radiating negative insecure energy, to radiating energy of love, peace and confidence.....an energy of happiness and serenity that myself and others enjoy being around. Once I realized there is no way to peace, peace is the way, I became peaceful within, and able to share peace, love, happiness and serenity to all I come in contact with........Take time to create peace and serenity within, you'll be contributing to a more peaceful world.
