My first but not my last charity bike ride. It was a wonderful day, the heat was a challenge, but I stayed well fed and hydrated. Knowing that the funds raised will help promote health and wellness in children is the best part of this ride.
I think I've earned a new bike net season and I'll add another ride!
Little over two weeks until our 100 mile World Relief Bike Ride!! I'm excited to complete theses miles and help provide bikes for children in need.
Prepping for 65 miles tomorrow. The fellas
had me peddling 20 mil/hr last week. After 10miles I
had to fall back to 17/hr. I love
riding with the fellas especially when they are faster than me. Not inly is that
MUY sexy to me, it also supports and inspires me. The ride is "no one gets left
behind. So far I did yoga then peddled 6 miles to teach some yoga
followed up by 30 additional miles. And it's just noon.
