Authentic You ~ often when we hear someone state 'I'm being my authentic self ', we assume they're living their lives out loud, completely comfortable with who they are, following dreams attaing goals and speaking truth from the heart. Indeed this is living an authentic life, but being authentic goes far beyond ourselves.....it's also effortlessly being authentic with others. Living a true authentic life is not something we try to do, it's who we are at our core......if you're TRYING to be authentic, you're actually inauthentic.

Peace, Love, Happiness ~ In a world filled with an abundance of hate, judgement, prejudice and violence, one can easily become drawn into this negative energy, even unconsciously contributing to it. This energy spreads like wildfire smoldering out the energy of peace, love and happiness.....we greet strangers, family and friends with a frown, pass judgement on others without knowing their story and hate because of our different races, beliefs and values. Personal core values are a unique set of morals and principles that we live by, our personal core values separate us from accepting what society believes to be of value, instead we honor our truth and begin building our self-awareness, self-confidence and self-image. What are your Personal Core Values? If you're unsure here are a few simple ways to help identify your core values, utilizing Who, What, When, and How.....grab a journal and pen, sit and become still
1. identify the proudest moments in your life.
2. Identify the saddest moments in life
3. Identify what's most important to you in life.
4. Ask yourself what are your personal values and what do they mean to you.
5. Write these values down and condense into five categories, you may find your values do not align with your current life style, no worries, this is the perfect time to begin living your best life by walking in your truth from your Personal Core Values.~Yogatones

Disappointment ~ people often say don't have high expectations and you will never be disappointed. This way of thinking may leave you with a lonely closed heart.....It's healthy to have expectations as it relates to loving yourself, improving your health, achieving goals, and treating others with love and respect. Disappointments are a natural part of life that tend to trail expectations, lovers, family, friends and others will disappoint you, but its your response that directly effects you. Never stop having expectations, have them without attachment, remain mindfully aware that disappointments may follow, embrace, grow and let go of those disappointments, continue on your journey to living your best life.....you'll soon look back and say 'that expectation which left me disappointed turned into a Blessing'.~Yogatones
