Today Day 16 of Oprah & Deepak Meditation, they spoke of synchronizing your mind, body and spirit. I practice and teach the importance of balancing yourself and one place I'm guaranteed to find how balanced I am is on my yoga mat. Balancing asanas can tell you a lot about what's going on within, allowing you to identify what's off balance. After meditation I took to my mat for some balancing asanas, and although I have great strength, balance and awareness in this forearm stand (pincha mayurasana ) I know tomorrow may be totally different. A synchronized body, mind and spirit requires proper rest, nutrition, meditation, prayer, love and exercise lacking in one will affect synchronization. No matter what methods you use take time daily to synchronize your mind, body and spirit. Day 16
