Mind, Body Gratitude - our spirit is where wellness and grace reside, we express and share our grace through gratitude, it's all a mind, body connection. When the mind and body are aligned with our spirit we move through life effortlessly sharing grace and gratitude with others. Each day we're faced with positive and negative experiences, it's how we embrace these experiences that effect our health and wellness....positive life experiences leave us happy, content, easily removing anxiety, and stress, leaving our mind body and spirit in a healthy state of gratitude....negative life experiences have the opposite effect, we may display fear, insecurity, anger and frustration, these pent up emotions contribute to disease formation, sickness and imbalance, meaning our mind, body and spirit are disconnected, poor health will soon follow. We each have the ability to shift negative experiences into a positive state of grace, immediately improving health and wellness of the mind and body. I find daily meditation, prayer and journaling allows me to acknowledge negative experiences without attachment, I also know negative experiences are necessary in life's journey, without them we can't possibly learn and grow with balance. Remember obstacles are gifts from the universe, awareness and acceptance of these gifts allows you to remove them with grace and gratitude.~Yogatones
